Terms and Conditions

Availability:	1. Access to distance learning programs is available after payments are approved. 2. Access to distance learning programs is limited to the number of calendar days specified in the class registration page from transmittal of registration password. 3. The Registered User is only person taking the class.
Cancellation:	1. Classes may be cancelled if registration is less than 5 people. 2. In the event of such a cancellation, registered attendees will receive a refund of the registration fee. 3. PetroStrategies will not be responsible for other costs incurred in association with attending the class.
Completion:	Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the course.

Refund Policy:	1. Full refunds are given for cancellation 10 days prior to first day of class less a $50 per person processing fee. 2. No refunds are given for cancellations under 10 days before class, however another person may be substituted. 3. No refunds are given for distance learning classes following transmittal of registration password.
Schedule:	Please check your schedule to make sure that you will be able to spend the time necessary to complete the class in the allotted time.
Terms and Conditions of Use:	1. Registered User is only person taking the class. 2. Material is for Registered User’s own use and not for resale or repackaging. 3. The material is based on our best efforts to obtain factual and correct information and no guarantees are made regarding its accurateness. PetroStrategies will update and modify information on a continuing basis. 4. Registered User holds Petrostrategies, Inc. harmless from and against all claims, demands, actions, lawsuits, proceedings, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees and disbursements and costs of investigation) arising from use of information contained in these classes. 5. Submission of Registration is acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms of use.

After we receive your registration, we assign an individual user name and password and send this to the e-mail address associated with the registration. This process is usually done within one day. Your time does not begin until after we have transmitted the user name and password.

Some e-mail servers are restricting any e-mail that looks like spam. This may prohibit delivery of your username and password. Please call us at 214-616-9408 if you have not received your username and password within 24-hours after your registration.

If you are registering outside the United States, you will have to call us at 214-616-9408 with your credit card information.
