To learn more about our on-line training format please visit Pain at the Pump...Pain at the Pump is a Internet class on the driving forces affecting retail gasoline prices.  The topic serves as both an explanation of the factors influencing gasoline pump prices and as sample to illustrate the format of our on-line training.

Our training programs are delivered using Microsoft Power Point slides.

The instruction includes class exercises using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.

Students can download compressed files of the slides and other material.

The programs are self-paced and contain lesson quizzes to test your understanding and emphasize important topics.

We recommend that the classes be viewed using high-speed connections.
